      本报榆林讯(记者祁铭宋飞鸿)子洲县何家集镇一在编干部长期脱岗，为保住“饭碗”，竟让妻子顶班四年半。令人吃惊的是，多名知情的镇干部认为，涉事者的妻子认真能干，比丈夫强多了。目前子洲县纪委已查清事件详情，即将对相关责任人作出处理。
　　镇上开会同意妻子替夫上班
　　日前，有读者报料称，子洲县何家集镇政府出现“怪事”，一名叫加建平的镇政府工作人员，本人去外地做生意，就让妻子徐某于2009年开始顶替其上班，一个月大约4000元的工资也就由徐某代领，徐某目前是该镇王家沟村的驻村干部。
　　据悉，加建平今年35岁，是子洲县人。其妻徐某今年33岁，中专学历，顶班前是一名民办教师。
　　子洲县何家集镇党委书记白宇说：“顶班的事发生在2008年9月，是前任党委书记苗茂春开党委会确定的，2008年底苗调任县司法局局长。”他解释，这是前任书记开会拍板定下来的事，现任班子不好处理。镇政府工作人员向记者出示了当时的会议记录，确定徐某顶班的会议时间是2008年9月3日，开会地点在“苗书记办公室”，参加人是全体领导，最后关于“短缺人员的处理意见”是同意由加建平之妻徐某顶替工作。
　　镇政府办公室一叠签到册上，记者发现，“加建平”仍然在列，最后一次签名是今年4月2日，是由徐某代签的。白宇说，此事对镇上压力很大，4月9日一早紧急开了党委会，决定停止徐某工作。
　　“徐某能力不逊于在编干部”
　　记者随后见到了该镇时任党委书记、现任子洲县司法局局长的苗茂春。他说：“2008年秋，分管加建平的副镇长反映说，加建平长时间没有上班，人也联系不上，其驻村工作也停滞不前，请求重新委派干部。”苗茂春说，随后他和加建平的家人联系，发现其家境一般，还有两个孩子上学，其父亲当时也没办法联系到儿子，就想让当民办教师的儿媳顶替儿子上班，并承诺儿媳会做得更好。
　　苗茂春说，其后镇上对徐某进行了考察走访，与其他镇领导慎重商量，大家都表示同意，就开了党委会定了下来。
　　采访中，一些镇干部对于徐某的评价很高，认为其“工作能力强，有本事，比加建平优秀得多，领导也经常点名表扬，其能力不逊于在编干部”。
　　县委书记批示要求严肃查处
　　昨日，记者从子洲县纪委了解到，子洲县委书记雒凤翔已作出批示，要求纪委严肃查处。子洲县纪委书记王毓介绍，事件本身并不复杂，事实基本查清。加建平本人在其妻子顶班几个月前就不上班了。据走访了解，加建平参与赌博，欠下巨额赌债。
　　王毓说，针对此事，纪委一定会严肃处理，将尽快公布调查结果，并通报处理决定。
